## **What is the “Weapons of Liberation” Hackathon?**A two-week, virtual, hackathon to build freedom-centric apps on Bitcoin. Teams receive expert mentoring, a BTC prize pool, launch support, and fee-waived access to Ordinalsbot during the build period. **Who can participate?**Anyone, individuals or teams. To access the hackathon mentoring sessions in Tiny Vikings Discord, the participant must hold at least one Tiny Vikings Ordinal, though this is not mandatory to participate in the hackathon.  ## Timeline - Applications open: **Now** - Applications deadline: 23:59 UTC, Sunday **3rd August 2025** - Project deadline: 23:59 UTC, Sunday **17th August 2025** - Winners announced: **20th August 2025** ## Idea Submission - One idea per team via [Google Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1oCSFqAdZ4b9cMaH28OyHLokQSk5I6bxJ0tmI82oYS9w/edit) - No late or duplicate entries ## Build Phase - 2-week hack window in Tiny Vikings Discord channels with mentor support - All participants receive fee-waived access to Ordinalsbot for the duration of the hackathon ## Final Submission - Final demo must be publicly hosted - One submission per invited team via Google Form: - Hosted demo URL - ReadMe ## ## Judging & Prizes - Criteria (scored 1–5):  - Originality - Freedom-centric Impact - Technical Execution - UX - On-chain Integration - Launch-support Readiness - Judges score and select winner(s) on these criteria based on their sole discretion - Winners split the BTC & Rune prize pool ## IP & Licensing - Teams retain all IP - You grant organizers a perpetual, royalty-free license to showcase your project - Open-source is encouraged but not required ## Conduct & Fair Play - Follow the Code of Conduct at all times - No plagiarism: all work must be original or properly credited - No abusive chain behavior (spam/DoS) - Organizers may disqualify for violations; appeals accepted within 12h
