**functionality & technical execution (35%)** : does it work? is it deployed and accessible — not just a landing page?
**UX & design (25%)** : is it intuitive and polished enough for real users to navigate?
**community choice ($200)** : goes to the submission with the highest engagement on X (Twitter) at the close of the submission window.
