We’re looking for a storyteller, a provocateur, a narrative shaper who can make the world sit up and pay attention to Tezos.

Your mission? Put Tezos back in the spotlight. Not with safe, corporate campaigns, but with work that cuts through and reminds the world why this ecosystem is one of the most innovative in Web3.

You’ll own the narrative for the Tezos L1, Etherlink, and a pipeline of products and dApps waiting to break out. Strategy is part of it, but this role is about more: vision + execution + audacity.

The Technology
Tezos is an open-source blockchain known for its flexibility, security, and unique self-evolving capabilities. What you’ll do

• Set the creative direction for the Tezos ecosystem, rearchitecting the brand to directly influence what people feel when they think about it.

• Launch brave, unforgettable work that doesn’t blend into the noise, but turns heads across Web3.

• Be both architect and builder, and play an active role in every step of the creative process, from shaping the big picture to rolling up your sleeves and making sure every detail lands.

• Inspire and push your team to break boundaries, think differently, and set a new bar for creativity in Web3

• Work across product, tech, and community, connecting dots and weaving narratives that drive adoption.

• Seize the moment, spotting untapped opportunities to push Tezos into the conversation and move fast to claim them.

• Prove impact by tracking what resonates and iterate relentlessly, staying on trend, always raising the bar for what “great” looks like.

What you’ll need

• Previous experience as a creative marketing leader in Web3 is an absolute must

• Deep understanding of Web3 with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging stories.

• A strong creative portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns from concept to execution

• Possesses an online presence or, at minimum, a deep understanding of key Web3 communities across platforms such as X, Discord Telegram and others

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
