We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support a high-profile entrepreneur with an intensive international schedule. This role focuses on personal support, complex travel coordination, and lifestyle management at the highest level of confidentiality and service.
This is not a traditional Personal Assistant position. It is a high-intensity, service-oriented role that requires exceptional organization, resilience, and the ability to anticipate needs without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support
Manage the principal’s personal calendar, priorities, and daily flow across multiple time zones.
Coordinate communication with trainers, doctors, wellness specialists, and personal service providers.
Monitor schedule execution and adjust plans promptly in case of changes.
Handle high-level personal errands and urgent tasks in a 24/7 environment.
Travel Management
Fully organize and coordinate international travel.
Monitor passport validity, visa status, and all required travel documentation.
Arrange visa applications, renewals, and documentation across jurisdictions.
Prepare, pack, and manage luggage according to itinerary, climate, and scheduled events.
Coordinate all transfers, meet-and-greet services, and on-site logistics.
Collaborate with drivers, private aviation, airlines, hotels, and local service providers.
Ensure consistent comfort standards across office and travel locations.
Proactively manage urgent or crisis situations during travel.
Health & Wellness
Maintain confidential records of medical appointments, procedures, and recommendations.
Provide timely reminders about check-ups and treatments.
Coordinate medical and wellness services across countries when needed.
Nutrition
Oversee meal planning and food arrangements in the office and during travel.
Coordinate with chefs, catering, and travel food services.
Confidentiality
Manage sensitive personal information and communications.
Maintain absolute confidentiality, loyalty, and trust at all times.
4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role.
Proven experience supporting UHNWIs, founders, or executives with intensive, travel-heavy schedules.
Strong international travel management expertise (visas, passports, complex itineraries, last-minute changes).
Highly structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent changes.
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs without constant supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in non-standard or crisis situations.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
Ability to work in a flexible, non-standard schedule.
Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
Initial screening with the ТА Specialist.
Interview with the Chief of Staff and Service Excellence Advisor.
Background and reference checks.
Final interview with the Founder.
