Who qualifies: penultimate or final year students completing bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Your future role at QRT
- Build tooling and automation for operations, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Deliver and document system designs focused on resilience and performance.
- Evaluate and implement the right tools for the job, balancing performance, complexity, and maintainability.
- Own the observability stack (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts).
- Collaborate with developers, quants, and platform teams on system evolution.
Your present skillset
- Strong Python skills for infrastructure tooling and automation.
- A commitment to code clarity and reducing technical debt.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable systems in production environments.
Preferred qualifications (a plus):
- Experience with Linux/Unix, low-latency trading platforms, and network protocols.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration.
- Knowledge of low-latency trading environments, market data, or exchange protocols.
- Understanding of monitoring, incident response, and system architecture.
