Office Administrator – Cyprus
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Cyprus office. You will help keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly, while providing general administrative support to the team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a great workplace environment.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Order and restock office supplies, snacks, drinks, and kitchen/bathroom essentials
Organize team lunches and assist with internal office events
Welcome visitors and support meeting room setup
Liaise with building management and vendors when needed
Help maintain a positive, professional, and enjoyable office environment
Support with general office coordination and day-to-day tasks as required
Assist with calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
Help organize travel bookings and prepare basic expense reports
Support documentation and simple record-keeping tasks
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
Handle information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
