About the Role
We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide.
Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager / Sales Manager for our client, Nexifyve, a performance-driven digital company expanding its SEO direction for B2B clients across iGaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals.
In this role, you will become the face of their SEO module for clients — driving communication, building tailored solutions, and closing new deals while growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding: define goals, hypotheses, KPIs, roles/accesses, and timelines
Conduct regular status meetings: prepare presentations, demonstrate progress, align backlog and sprint priorities
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities (SEO → content, link building, technical audit, localization SEO, ASO, analytics)
Manage expectations, risks, escalations, and ensure service quality
Qualify leads and identify client pain points and value drivers
Build tailored solutions (solution fit) together with the delivery team
Prepare and present decks, demos, commercial offers, and Statements of Work (SoW)
Manage the full sales cycle in CRM: pipeline stages, forecasting, activity tracking
Negotiate and close deals
Prepare case studies and references, participate in tenders and RFPs
Collaborate with the Tech team on sprint planning, resource allocation, and SLA adherence
Ensure execution of feature plans for clients and monitor project P&L
Prepare weekly summaries, quarterly QBRs, and portfolio revenue forecasts
2+ years of experience in account management or sales within a digital/SEO/marketing agency (iGaming or related verticals is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical audits, content strategy, link building, localization, and core metrics (Visibility, CTR, Conversion Rate, Registrations/Leads)
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including C-level communication
Experience preparing commercial proposals and Statements of Work
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira/Confluence
Basic analytics skills: ability to read GA4 / Looker / Tableau dashboards and formulate requirements
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident in negotiations, presentations, and written communication)
Experience in technical presales projects (SEO migrations, multilingual setups, complex CMS environments)
Practical knowledge of Ahrefs / Semrush / Google Search Console
Basic SQL for reporting purposes
Proven portfolio of closed deals in the range of $50–200k ARR
Track record of ≥20% YoY upsell growth
