We are looking for a technically fluent, business-minded Developer Relations Manager to support strategic ecosystem initiatives across firmware, developer platform, and partner integrations.

This role sits within Business Development, at the intersection of Product, Firmware, and External Developer Ecosystems. You will help drive adoption of key initiatives such as Developer Gateway, Firmware modularization, Clear Signing standards, and Trezor Connect V10, while supporting commercial opportunities from a technical perspective.

You will translate complex technical topics into business value, build relationships with developers and protocol teams, and help drive product adoption through ecosystem engagement.

👉 What you'll do

• Ecosystem & Developer Engagement

  • Build relationships with developer shops, protocols, and ecosystem partners

  • Represent the company in technical working groups and ecosystem discussions

• Strategic Technical Initiatives

  • Support commercial and ecosystem success of: Developer Gateway adoption, Firmware modularization initiatives, Clear Signing industry standardization

  • Act as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering by translating partner needs into technical requirements, and communicating technical constraints to business teams

• Technical Business Support

  • Support BD on technical partner calls, RFPs, and integrations

  • Contribute to technical solution design for partnerships

• Community & Events

  • Support developer events (hackathons, workshops, meetups)

  • Drive technical adoption through education and ecosystem enablement

💪 About you

• Experience

  • 3–6 years in crypto, Web3, DevRel, Solutions Engineering, or Technical BD

  • Experience working with protocols, wallets, or developer platforms

• Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of: Non-custodial wallets and signing flows, Blockchain architecture and DeFi primitives, APIs, SDKs, and developer integrations

• Ability to translate technical ↔ business concepts

• Strong communication and technical storytelling skills
