Overview of the role:

The Head of Client Growth will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers across the Americas region. This role is pivotal in driving long-term client partnerships, sustainable revenue growth, and excellence in delivery within InMobi’s performance business.

You will act as the strategic steward of client relationships - ensuring that our largest advertisers see InMobi as their trusted growth partner. You’ll bring together deep programmatic expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to expand business from existing clients, strengthen retention, and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.

• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals.
• Build a high-performing, data-driven culture focused on accountability, learning, and proactive client management.
• Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization.

• Client Strategy & Relationship Management
• Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts, building trusted senior-level relationships across marketing, product, and data teams at client organizations.
• Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts, ensuring account strategies are aligned with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell initiatives).

• Revenue & Business Performance
• Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management.
• Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, or efficiency improvements.
• Ensure robust account forecasting, revenue hygiene, and margin control processes are in place.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Trading, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients.
• Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to institutionalize client success stories, best practices, and scalable playbooks.
• Represent the Client Growth function in leadership discussions, ensuring voice of customer is reflected in product and strategic decisions.

• Operational Excellence
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for client management excellence - from onboarding to QBRs to renewal cycles.
• Drive operational rigor across reporting, forecasting, and business review cadences.
• Contribute to global frameworks for Client Growth governance and talent development.

The experience we need:

• 10–12 years of experience in client-facing roles within performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or growth marketing, with at least 4–5 years in people leadership roles.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, client retention, and team leadership within a high-velocity advertising or media environment.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, MMPs, and measurement ecosystems (e.g., SKAN, attribution, viewability).
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach - able to translate complex performance insights into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with executive clients and internal CXO stakeholders.
• Experience working across global, matrixed teams and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business education preferred.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location. 

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $152,000 USD and $206,500 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.

*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. 

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock enables us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on the company’s best interests at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s).
