About The Role
We are seeking a Financial Reporting to join StraitsX. In this role, you will support the finance team in preparing and recording monthly financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing.
What You Will Do
- Record monthly depreciation, amortization, accrued income, and expenses
- Prepare and post manual journal entries
- Gain an understanding of business processes and ensure accurate accounting treatment for related transactions
- Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders on transaction-related business processes
What We Are Looking For
- Educational background in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Self-driven with excellent time management abilities
- Highly curious, eager to learn, and proactive
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
