Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, smooth handling of payables and receivables, and maintaining the integrity of financial data across multiple sales channels. You will be responsible for recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the overall financial health of the business through timely and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in accounting tools like Tally, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts using Tally
• Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Handle accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking collections, and following up on overdue payments
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company records and bank statements
• Monitor and maintain financial data accuracy to support reporting and compliance requirements
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for internal review
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and financial process adherence
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and take corrective actions promptly

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and G-Suite tools
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
