Role Summary
Join our team as an AI-Native Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to build end-to-end products—not just features. We're building outcome-driven software 2x faster using AI tools, mastering UX, systems, and scale. Ideate, build, deploy 
Full ownership for self-starters only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable frontend and backend features using modern full‑stack frameworks. 
• Design and integrate APIs, services, and data models (REST/GraphQL). 
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Owners to architect technical solutions. 
• Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. 
• Develop applications using Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), and RAG workflows. 
• Work with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. 
• Integrate AI-powered features into full‑stack applications. 
• Deliver clean, maintainable code with full ownership from development to production. 
• Contribute to UX decisions and user‑centric design.
  
   

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong full‑stack development expertise. 
• Frontend: React, Next.js,
• Backend: Python & Node.js, or .NET. 
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Hands‑on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor). 
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. 
• Ability to build and integrate AI-driven features into full‑stack applications. 
• Good understanding of UX principles and user-centric product design. 
• Strong ownership mindset from ideation to production support.
