• Tableau Development: Analytics Manager

• 1. IIT/ NIT background with MBA from top tier B-schools
• 2. Have hands on coding, analytics insights, data engineering and BI skills – e.g. Python/ Pyspark, sql, PBI/ Tableau/ Data engineering
• 3. Preferably having data science modelling
• 4. Client expectation management and strong analytics storytelling skills
• 5. Effective requirement gathering from analytics project defining perspective, have worked in cross practice collaboration setup,
• 6. Handled client proposals- through solution approach, project management, governance, client MBR/ QBR, able to resolve roadblocks through self-research, preferably experienced with handling RFI/ RFPs
• 7. AI driven mindset
• 8. Data Analytics Domain knowledge mandatory in Utility/ Construction/ Retail/ Textile-Packaging/ Supply chain
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
