• 8+ years of IT experience with deep AWS expertise.
• Proven experience in data platform development.
• Strong Python programming and unit testing skills.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS Redshift.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Analytics).
