Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in transformation initiatives within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving large-scale change programs, bridging business needs with technology solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex transformation programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define and deliver target-state solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process re-engineering activities.
- Support operating model design, process optimization, and regulatory change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions across business and IT teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), change management, and implementation planning.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance standards within banking.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on transformation programs within the banking sector.
- Proven experience in business analysis across large-scale change initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, regulatory change, core banking transformation, target operating model design).
- Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of seniority.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
