Capital Raising (Institutional-grade RWA )

We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.

They are looking for a Capital Raising person to drive capital-side growth by building strategic partnerships and unlocking new funding or distribution opportunities. This role leverages deep industry relationships, strong negotiation skills, and market insight to secure long-term collaborations with financial institutions, funds, and key ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital-side business development and resource acquisition for the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, advancing collaboration initiatives.
• Track industry developments and identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of BD experience in the financial industry or capital-related roles.
• Strong network and proven ability in market expansion and partnership development.
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to operate effectively in complex business environments.
