Overview 
We are seeking a tech savvy, highly analytical professional to be part of our Global Compensation Operations Team and contribute to the seamless delivery of Total Rewards global programmes. This role will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of the annual global merit and bonus cycle, oversee our global recognition program and provide data-driven insights to support the delivery of our compensation strategy. You will collaborate closely with Regional Total Rewards, HR, IT, and Finance to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Your Role 
Responsible for the operational delivery of the annual merit and bonus cycles in Workday, conducting salary surveys, and executing the annual pay scale review.
Responsible for the maintenance of job data architecture.
Operational management of the  recognition program.
Supporting the delivery of the regional activities such as gender pay reporting, midyear reviews, and ad hoc benchmarking projects.
Supporting the implementation of annual reward projects as outlined at the start of the year.
Responsible for resolving queries promptly.
Responsible for documenting processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Development, maintenance and enhancement of data reporting and data analytics in support of the above activities utilizing tools such as PowerBI as well as supplier provided technologies.
Overseeing external suppliers, dealing with and resolving issues and queries as needed.
Collaboration with HR, Finance and IT teams to deliver the above programs.

About You
Proven success in a compensation role, within a large complex corporate environment– supporting annual cycles e.g. pay reviews, bonus reviews. 
Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. 
Process orientated with excellent planning, organization and co-ordination skills. 
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Workday. 
Ability to manage complex queries, monitor budgets, and ensure accuracy.
Ability to present data and recommendations clearly and logically.
Ability to work in a team-driven environment as well as in an autonomous manner using. 
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritizing multiple.
