Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and play-based lessons that align with the school's educational philosophy (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, EYFS).

• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Holistic Development: Foster the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children aged 2 to 6 years.

• Observation & Assessment: Monitor student progress, maintain accurate developmental records, and identify individual learning needs.

• Parental Engagement: Build positive, professional relationships with parents through regular updates, communication, and parent-teacher meetings.
