We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Financial Controller to join Invity Finance and help us keep a strong grip on the company’s finances, bring clarity to business performance and elevate our financial management to the next level.

This role is not just about reporting and checking numbers. We are looking for someone who understands the bigger picture, thinks analytically and can translate data into clear conclusions for management.

This is an important position for the healthy functioning of the company as well as for our continued growth in a highly regulated fintech environment.

👉 What you'll do

• preparing regular financial reports, management reports and analytical outputs for company leadership

• ensuring the accuracy of financial data, analyzing variances and identifying key financial trends

• supporting monthly and annual closing processes

• preparing budgets and forecasts

• monitoring cost efficiency, profitability and performance across business activities or product lines

• setting up and improving controlling processes, reporting, and internal financial controls

• cooperating with accounting, audit and external tax or financial partners where needed

• preparing materials for audit, investors, regulators, or internal governance purposes

• helping define and track key business and financial KPIs

💪 About you

• proven experience (3+ Years) in a Financial Controller role or a similar finance position

• strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and working with financial data

• ability to work independently, in a structured way and with a high level of ownership

• strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret numbers in a business context

• advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• good command of English for working in an international and/or professional environment

Within the first 6–12 months, we will expect you to:

• take ownership of and improve the clarity of the company’s key financial reporting

• set up or significantly improve controlling outputs for management

• deliver budgets, forecasts and regular financial reports on time and at a high standard

• identify weak points in existing processes and propose concrete improvements

• become a trusted finance partner to leadership in the areas of company performance and financial management
