Financial Markets Talent Program

About the Role

The Financial Markets Talent Program is a structured two-month rotational program designed to develop future talent in Treasury and Over-the-Counter (OTC). This program will admit four high-potential candidates who will gain hands-on exposure across key financial domains, including Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, Derivatives, Stablecoins, and the Sales & Trading Desk. Participants will work closely with experienced professionals, gain practical insights into real business operations, and build a strong foundation in treasury and market-related activities.

What You Will Do

As a participant in the Strategic Investment in Talent Program, you will:

• Participate in a structured two-month rotational training program across multiple treasury and trading-related functions.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Risk Management, Derivatives, Stablecoins, and Sales & Trading operations.
• Support day-to-day activities and projects within the OTC and Treasury teams.
• Learn and apply financial concepts, products, and market practices in a real business environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from subject-matter experts.
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and ownership throughout each rotation.

Participants who successfully graduate from the course will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, and may be considered for a permanent role in the organization.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interest in financial markets, treasury, trading, or digital assets (e.g. stablecoins)
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
