As a Growth Operations Associate at Flipster

You will support the end-to-end execution of Growth campaigns, from campaign planning and incentive design to operational execution and performance analysis. As a Growth Operations Associate, you will help drive user acquisition and trading volume through structured, data-driven campaign strategies while building scalable operational frameworks.

Campaigns at Flipster refer to recurring exchange events designed to incentivize user participation through well-structured reward mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign reward mechanisms, including budget allocation and incentive structures aligned with growth KPIs
• Simulate and analyze potential abuse cases to ensure sustainable and risk-mitigated campaign design
• Participate in planning and executing global and local exchange campaigns
• Support end-to-end campaign operations - planning, execution, monitoring, issue tracking, and reporting
• Analyze campaign performance (KPI achievement, hypothesis testing, funnel analysis, insights, etc.) and propose optimization strategies
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to refine campaign features and suggest improvements
• Standardize and templatize campaign frameworks to improve scalability and operational efficiency
• Contribute to building repeatable growth processes and playbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Data, Marketing, or related fields
• 1–5 years of experience in growth, operations, strategy, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track performance against KPIs
• Experience or interest in campaign operations, incentive design, or performance marketing is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required
• High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Prior experience in financial services or consulting firms
• Experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange or in the digital asset industry
• Familiarity with trading products, derivatives, or incentive-based growth campaigns
