- Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced .Net Lead to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem with strong architectural vision, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- This role requires hands-on leadership in full-stack development, technology evaluation, and guiding teams toward best practices in application design and delivery.
- Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and drive application architecture leveraging C#, .NET 6/8, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. Evaluate and recommend technology stack upgrades, frameworks, and tools to align with enterprise standards.
- Ensure applications are designed for scalability, observability, and reliability. Development Leadership
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
- Oversee code quality through peer reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Champion application development models such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Quality & Compliance Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and NUnit. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Utilize tools such as SonarQube and Black Duck for code quality, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring.
- Operational Excellence Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and DevSecOps practices. Manage library and framework updates to maintain system stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications meet business needs while minimizing technical debt.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET 6/8, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as SonarQube, Black Duck, Selenium, and NUnit.
- Strong understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
