Responsibilities:

• Provide support and subject matter expertise to users, company employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers.
• Lead report writing and analytics efforts for clients.
• Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite.
• Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
• Perform hands-on coding work on projects.
• Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
• Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.
• Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives.
• Assist in the maintenance of our integrated platform testing application.
• Complete additional responsibilities as required.

• Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.
• Hands-on SuiteScript experience to provide back-end customization.
• Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
• Ability to do independent technical work and attention to details.
• Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
• Certified NetSuite Developer preferred.
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
• Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes
• At least 6-9 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.
• Experience generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite
• The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
• Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x) with hands-on experience in developing Client, User Event (beforeLoad, beforeSubmit, afterSubmit), Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Portlet, and Mass Update scripts, including script governance optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience building integrations using RESTlets and SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), with strong knowledge of NetSuite REST Web Services (schema, pagination, authentication), OAuth/token-based authentication, and secure integrations with external systems (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, 3PL, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform (e.g., Boomi or Celigo), including building and orchestrating integrations, managing Atoms, data mapping, error handling, and NetSuite connector usage.
• Experience customizing and managing Integrator.io flows, including building real-time and scheduled NetSuite data integrations.
• Using native NetSuite integration tools, JSON/XML handling, and orchestration
• Strong understanding of NetSuite SDLC, managing deployments across Sandbox–Dev–Test–Production environments, with hands-on experience in SDF and Git-based source control (GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab).
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect (JDBC/ODBC) for external reporting and automation of CSV imports using SuiteScript, RESTlets, or integrations.
• Experience building advanced FreeMarker PDF templates, designing custom forms and UI enhancements, and developing dashboards and custom portlets.
• Experience with SuiteCloud IDE, developer tools (VS Code, WebStorm, Postman, Fiddler), and managing multiple NetSuite accounts and sandboxes.
• Certifications like NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, Boomi or Celigo integration certifications, NetSuite ERP Consultant are highly valuable.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
