Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage outsourcing partners, focusing on IT, back-office, and middle-office functions.
• Oversee and enhance customer support operations.
• Provide data analytics, reporting, and insights to internal teams to support business decisions.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Lead and deliver ad hoc projects across multiple business areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
• 3–4 years of professional experience in a financial institution.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
