Pay Product Manager (User-side Product)

Responsibilities

• Explore opportunities for new payment product development, improvement & optimization based on data, research and user feedbacks
• Work with engineers and designers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently.
• Support product planning and prioritization of critical initiatives
• Drive product growth for Binance Pay product.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience – preferable in e-commerce, digital payment or Fintech area
• Experience in data analysis. Ability to make product recommendations based on data.
• Extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure product's competitive edge. Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent prioritization framework, ability to rationalize and align with the stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development.
• Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
