PR and Communication Manager

We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager who can shape narratives, protect brand integrity, and build meaningful visibility for Vastu across stakeholders—media, investors, partners, and the public. If you can tell stories that balance emotion with impact, business strategy with social purpose, this role is for you.

Support internal campaigns and employee communication—from CEO townhalls to milestone announcements—with messaging that inspires and informs.

Monitor industry trends, manage reputation, and respond to PR opportunities or crises with agility and professionalism.

Champion storytelling for Vastu’s social impact programs, customer journeys, and partnerships.

Develop and execute media strategies to position Vastu as a thought leader in affordable housing finance.

Craft compelling press releases, founder quotes, investor communications, and speeches for media and social

Liaise with PR agencies and journalists to secure coverage across tier 1 and vernacular media.

1–2 years of experience in corporate communications or PR agencies, preferably in BFSI or development finance.

Excellent writing and editing skills—able to switch between formal, human, and purpose-driven tones.

Strong media know-how across financial, business, and social impact beats.

Experience in speechwriting, award entries, and CSR communications is a plus.

A keen understanding of brand guardianship and content contextualisation.
