We are seeking an SAP Hybris Senior Developer for an onsite opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.

Role Purpose: Deliver high-quality code fixes and enhancements for Hybris-based eCommerce systems, ensuring operational continuity and customer experience. 

Must work onsite at the Phoenix office 5 days per week.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve order-related issues in Hybris storefront and back-end. 
• Implement break-fix solutions and participate in RCA documentation. 
• Develop enhancements within monthly cap and validate through QA cycles. 
• Collaborate with React engineers for GraphQL integration fixes. 
• Maintain runbooks and contribute to knowledge base updates. 
• Participate in release cycles and smoke testing. 

Required Skills:

• 5–7 years in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development. 
• Experience in SAP hybris modules such as payment integrations, order management, cart and checkout, promotion engine. 
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hybris architecture, and OCC APIs. 
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 integration and payment flows. 
• Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance. 
• Basic GraphQL understanding for API troubleshooting. 
• Open to work US business hours + On call for P1s (Arizona time zone) 
• Able to do/lead production Support (Defect fixing) plus enhancements and taking lead on critical work stoppage issues 
• Mentor junior dev resources

• Enhancement delivery within cap 
• QA defect leakage
