As a Senior Key Account Manager at Ledger, you are the business owner of your region (France, Benelux, Switzerland, Nordics). You’ll manage a network of four distributors and key retail partners including Fnac Darty, Boulanger, Coolblue, and MediaMarkt, across both online and in-store channels. You are responsible for driving sustainable growth through long-term expansion and operational excellence. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you navigate complexity across multiple markets and a global organization to consistently deliver strong commercial results.
What you'll be doing
Deliver results and Strategic Ownership
Drive P&L-focused growth by optimizing and prioritizing investment (margins, MDF, promotions) to maximize ROI and top-line revenue.
Transition beyond tactical sales to build 3-year Joint Business Plans (JBP) and expansion strategies that align Ledger’s goals with partner capabilities.
Operational Excellence & Data Rigor
Maintain 100% data hygiene in our tools
Deliver synthetic, impactful insights that explain the why behind the Sell-out and Share of Business (SOB) data to anticipate market shifts, ensuring accountability for stock health and availability.
Lead complex, multi-layered negotiations for terms and product launches with top-tier global retailers and distributors.
Influence & Leadership
Independently coordinate with rest of Ledger’s teams (Brand Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams …) regional plan to grow hardware sales.
Map and influence multi-level stakeholders (C-Level, Category Managers, Supply Chain) within your partner organizations to ensure Ledger remains a "Must-Have" brand.
Solve complex issues independently using structured methods bringing recommendations to the Director rather than problems.
What we're looking for
A proven track record in Consumer hardware, managing high-growth, complex retail environments.
Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management and P&L drivers.
A crypto or consumer tech enthusiast. You must be eager to master the Ledger ecosystem (Secure Element, Self-Custody) to speak as an expert to partners.
"Power User" of LLMs and AI tools to automate reporting and simulate negotiation scenarios, increasing your operational velocity.
Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus.
A results-driven Team Player with a high degree of precision and the courage to challenge the status quo using data-backed arguments.
