Role Overview 
We are looking for an execution-driven Assistant Manager / Sr Manager – Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement across projects. The role focuses on vendor sourcing, cost optimization, contract execution, team handling, and project-aligned procurement. A strong emphasis is placed on learning agility, adaptability, and practical use of AI tools in procurement processes (non-negotiable). 

Key Responsibilities 
- Procurement & Execution 
- Execute procurement aligned with project timelines and requirements
- Source materials and services for office fit-outs and infrastructure 
- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery 
- Vendor & Relationship Management 
- Develop and manage vendor relationships across locations 
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms 
- Maintain vendor database and performance tracking 
- Cost & Contract Management 
- Conduct cost analysis, BOQs, and vendor comparisons 
- Manage contracts, POs, and compliance 
- Identify cost-saving opportunities Project & Cross-Functional Coordination 
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, and Operations teams
 - Ensure procurement aligns with execution timelines 
- Drive cross-functional communication Team Management 
- Manage and guide procurement team members
- Ensure task allocation and timely execution 
- Technology & AI Integration (Mandatory) 
- Demonstrate usage of AI tools for procurement efficiency (vendor comparison, cost benchmarking, forecasting) 
- Use ERP/tools for tracking, reporting, and automation 
- Drive data-backed decision making 

Must Have Skills
- High learning agility and adaptability 
- Good technical understanding of fit-outs and projects 
- Demonstrable AI tool usage in procurement function (non-negotiable) 
- Strong vendor relationship management 
- Leadership and cross-functional coordination skills 

Good to Have 
- Opex and facility management experience
- PAN India vendor network 
- Zoho Books proficiency Qualifications 
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field 
- 3–6 years (AM) / 5–8 years (Manager) experience 
- Real estate / construction experience preferred
