Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Revise and establish advanced operations processes
• Mentor product analytics team
• Build new analytics and reporting capabilities to support product evaluation and operations
• Intake on business needs and apply contextual knowledge in order to scope data requests, synthesize insights, and recommend solutions in collaboration with others
• Work with product leaders to enable market-facing solutions using data insights
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
• Establish A/B testing processes across product teams
• Assist with talent acquisition efforts and facilitate training programs within team.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams of data analysts.
• Strong desire to collaborate and ability to come up with creative solutions.
• SQL/Database experience is required
• Advanced working knowledge and experience with Python
• A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets
• Experience in fintech, finance, or trading
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, search, data science, or computer vision is a big plus
