This role will work closely with the Product Head and Investment teams, driving product strategy, market insights, and product development across mutual fund offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Support the Product Head in product strategy, positioning, and development for existing and new investment products
🚀 Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
🚀 Track AUM movements, fund flows, and scheme performance vs peers
🚀 Assist in planning and execution of new fund launches and product initiatives
🚀 Develop product presentations, market outlook reports, and product communication
🚀 Collaborate with fund managers, sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders
🚀 Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
🚀 Support investor communication, campaigns, and product-related insights
Requirements:
✔ 5–10 years of experience in Product / Investment Product roles within Mutual Funds / Asset Management
✔ Strong understanding of equity markets, debt markets, and the mutual fund industry
✔ Experience in product development, product positioning, or product strategy
✔ Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
✔ Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
✔ Qualification: Post Graduation in Finance (MBA / PGDM – Finance preferred)
