Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler

About the Role:

 

 We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler to support our clients’ online presence. This role focuses heavily on creating punchy, storyline-driven Reels, engaging posts, and well-designed Stories using provided materials and brand guidelines. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead for direction, and you’ll help maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation (Primary Task)
• Create visually appealing posts, Stories, and short-form videos using client materials and brand guidelines.
• Produce punchy, on-trend Reels using simple text overlays, short clips, and visually engaging editing styles.
• Adapt content into Pinterest-friendly formats when needed.
• Work with guidance from the Creative Lead to ensure messaging, tone, and aesthetics align with each brand.
• Follow templates and update them with new content on a regular basis.

• Scheduling & Publishing
• Schedule approved posts, Reels, and Stories in Metricool according to content calendars and posting strategies.
• Ensure accuracy in captions, hashtags, tagging, and timing.

• Reporting & Insights
• Pull monthly Metricool reports and customise them based on provided examples.
• Highlight key performance insights, successes, and opportunities.
• Follow Loom video instructions to replicate report formats and standards.

• (Bonus Advantage) TikTok Knowledge
• Experience with TikTok trends, editing styles, and platform best practices is a strong plus.
• Ability to recreate Instagram content in TikTok-friendly formats is an advantage, though not required.

• Requirements
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and ability to create clean, cohesive content layouts.
• Basic to intermediate editing skills for creating short-form video content.
• Ability to follow templates and maintain consistent brand styles.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content trends.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while following creative direction.

• Experience working with multiple brands or clients.
• Strong TikTok editing and trend awareness.
• Comfort creating simple but engaging text overlays and storyline-based Reels.
• Ability to identify what “good content” looks like and maintain a high aesthetic standard.
