About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow the online presence of our three companies operating in the Construction, Cleaning, and Roofing industries.


The ideal candidate is a fluent Spanish speaker with strong experience in content creation, social media advertising, and campaign management. You will be responsible for building engaging social media content, managing paid campaigns, and helping generate leads through digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies for three brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Create engaging content including posts, short videos, graphics, and captions in Spanish (and English where required).

- Plan and schedule regular content to maintain consistent brand presence.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and improve ROI.

- Generate leads through targeted advertising and audience engagement.

- Collaborate with the management team to promote services, projects, and company updates.

- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.


Requirements

- Fluent Spanish speaker (native or near-native level).

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

- Strong knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

- Experience creating engaging content (graphics, reels, short videos, captions).

- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads.

- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with service-based businesses (construction, home services, cleaning, roofing, etc.).

- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

- Understanding of lead generation strategies for local service businesses.
