Software Quality Analyst

We are a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Jaipur, building innovative financial solutions that empower businesses and individuals. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Quality Analyst with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team.

* Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.

* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

* Identify, record, and track bugs through their life cycle; ensure timely resolution.

* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks.

* Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and security testing.

* Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.

* Provide clear and detailed test documentation and reports.

* Take complete ownership of product quality, proactively suggesting improvements.

* 5–6 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).

* Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

* Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar.

* Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured).

* Solid understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries.

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Jenkins).

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

* Experience in testing FinTech / Banking / Payment systems.

* Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
