Job description
· To be responsible for developing, managing and delivering research engagements
· Have the potential to design out of the box thought processes and analysis framework.
· Ability to work independently and do client handling, Key Account Management focus
· Should be able to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
· Should provide depth of knowledge and experience across all industry to help companies seize opportunities in a world of constant change
· Client Management / Engagement
· Strategic inputs to proposals.
· Regular Client liasioning, client meetings to expand client base etc.
· Ability to develop a strategic framework
· Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues
· Ability to understand / read business environment and build POVs
· The role will involve regular collaboration and discussions with US counterparts and other global clients.
· On a need basis, the position may require attending late-evening calls (up to 10:00 PM IST); flexibility in working hours will be provided.
· The candidate will work on engagements for global clients across multiple geographies.
Required Candidate profile
· Post Graduate (preferably MBA)
· Understanding of Business Research, Market Research and Analysing Business Issues
· Global perspective, appreciation and understanding of business marketplace
· Willing to travel (depending on project requirement)
· Appreciation for numbers and working knowledge of quantitative / statistical techniques
· Ability to collaborate with different teams
· Project management experience
· Should have Good analysing and presenting skills
· Ability to multi-task, Manage multiple projects
· Should have handled client facing responsibilities in current / past role
· Self-starter and detail-oriented
· Ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks
Experience in carry out stakeholder engagement studies (CSAT, ESAT, DSAT) will be an added advantage.
