Trading Business Analyst

Your future role within QRT:

• Leverage your expertise in real-time market data, PCAP capture, and reference data to enhance data quality, completeness, and usability for Quant Research and Trading
• Work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, manage priorities, and drive projects through to completion
• Conduct hands-on investigations in Python, including deep dives into order-book and market-data anomalies, helping bridge business needs with technical solutions
• Collaborate effectively across teams, set realistic expectations, deliver high-quality results on time, and actively participate in validation phases to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
• Champion data-quality best practices, monitoring standards, and operational reliability across the entire data pipeline

Your present skillset:

• 5+ years of experience with a strong track record delivering projects related to market data, low-latency trading systems, or exchange connectivity
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (mandatory)
• Ability to approach problems in a structured way and break down complex challenges
• Autonomous, reliable, and an effective team player with strong communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for tackling complex data topics
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability: when you commit, you deliver
