We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer to help us build core product from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, full-stack role for someone who cares deeply about product, moves quickly, and wants to work on software that customers depend on every day.

You’ll work closely with founders, talk to users, and ship across the stack. The problems are real, the workflows are messy, and the opportunity to build meaningful software is huge.

What you’ll do

• Own and ship product across dispatch, billing, routing, and support

• Build full-stack systems that are simple for customers and robust under the hood

• Turn operational pain points into well-designed product solutions

• Help shape product direction through strong engineering and customer judgment

• Use AI tools where they create leverage for the team and product

What we’re looking for

• Strong product instinct

• Proven full-stack engineering ability

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity

• Strong communication in a remote team

• Interest in operationally complex software and pragmatic use of AI
