Webflow Developer

Role Overview

We are a growing coffee shop brand seeking a full-time Webflow Developer to build,

maintain, and optimize our website and related digital assets.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for developing Webflow

pages, managing CMS content, and ensuring the site is fast, responsive, and scalable as the

business grows. This is a no-code Webflow role, focused on clean builds, performance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

Webflow Development

● Build and maintain pages using Webflow

● Develop responsive, pixel-accurate layouts based on provided designs or briefs

● Manage Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content

● Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness

● Maintain clean, well-structured Webflow projects

Integrations & Functionality

● Implement third-party integrations within Webflow (forms, embeds, analytics, booking tools, etc.)

● Configure Webflow interactions and animations where needed

● Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and publishing issues

● Ensure all site functionality works as expected after updates or launches

Site Optimization & Maintenance

● Optimize site performance, load speed, and basic SEO structure

● Ensure site stability during updates and new page launches

● Support ongoing improvements, updates, and feature requests

● Perform regular quality checks before and after releases

Collaboration

● Work closely with the business owner and/or marketing team

● Translate business requirements into functional Webflow solutions

● Proactively suggest improvements to usability, structure, and performance

• Strong, hands-on experience with Webflow
• Experience building and managing Webflow CMS
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• High attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Clear written and spoken English

• Experience working with small businesses, retail, or consumer brands
• Familiarity with basic SEO best practices within Webflow
• Experience implementing third-party tools (forms, CRMs, booking systems, analytics)
• Experience using Webflow interactions and animations
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple updates without breaking live pages

• Stable, full-time role with a growing consumer brand
